The view that greets you upon entering is simply breathtaking...day or night. During the day, you are greeted by the beautiful beach that is tickled by the warm waters of the gulf. At night, the 'strip' is reminiscent of the Vegas strip...with the Casino lights twinkling in the distance. Unwind on the balcony with an ice cold beer or glass of wine.
You will have access to the entire condominium.
Our unit is locally managed by Jim and Tanya Yorek...the hosts with the most. Directions for reaching them will be provided in the check-in instructions.
This is the perfect location on the Beach Boulevard strip. You are right in the middle of all the fun spots, so it is a quick drive or walk to all the major attractions.
A car would be most convenient, but the trolley runs daily. The route map is available in the listing photos.
The unit is on public water. The water actually tastes quite good, however, we provide a Brita filter for your enjoyment. In a effort to be more environmentally conscious, we do not provide bottled water.
NO CANDLE BURNING OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED IN THE UNIT due to the soot accumulation on the ceilings and light fixtures. A $25 cleaning fee will be assessed if we find evidence of candle burning in the unit. Thanks for helping us to keep our unit sparkling clean and odor free.
