First and foremost, thanks for choosing to stay at our place. We recognize you have many choices for accommodations. We are glad you picked us! We reside in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. We purchased this property because we love the local area. If you have any suggestions for how we might make your experience better, please share them with us.

Scott retired from his boutique home building company after 40 years. Karen retired from her job as a business developer for a Fortune 500 defense contractor to pursue her passion for real estate investing. Scott spent most of his life in the Green Mountain state before moving to Tennessee in 202. Karen served in the Army as a Chinese linguist for five years in Hawaii and then entered the corporate world as a computer programmer in the Washington, DC metro area.

We have five children in their 20’s and 30’s and two school aged grandchildren. We are passionate about finding places that we can enjoy ourselves, but also dec out and share with other like-minded travelers. We are also avid Harley Davidson enthusiasts Scott rides a hopped up 2012 Street Glide; Karen rides a 2016 Road Glide Special.

We have stunning properties available-a home in Arlington VT, two condos within walking distance to the famed Mt. Snow ski area in Dover VT and 2 oceanfront condos in Panama City Beach, 2 cabins and an exquisite Lodge in the Smokies. We would love to host you at one of our other properties VT.
