We reserve the right to deny access to anyone at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through StargazerStaysGlamping.com are subject to availability and confirmation. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a reservation.

Payment Terms:

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. 
  • We accept major credit cards. Charges will appear as Stargazer Stays Glamping. 
  • By submitting payment information, you authorize us to process transactions. 

Stargazer Stays Glamping reserves the right to cancel any booking that appears fraudulent or incomplete.

3. Check-In Requirements and Guest Verification

To ensure a safe and secure experience for all guests, we may require identity verification before check-in.

You agree to provide:

  • A clear photo of a government-issued ID, held beside your face; 
  • A photo of the credit card used for booking, showing your name and last four digits. 

Failure to complete verification may result in reservation cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the specific property and rate selected. Please refer to your booking confirmation for applicable policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any applicable fees.

5. User Content and Conduct

If you submit reviews, feedback, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our Services.

You agree that your content will not:

  • Contain offensive, harmful, or misleading information; 
  • Infringe upon the rights of others; 
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stargazer Stays Glamping, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.

13. SMS Communication & A2P Compliance

By providing your phone number during booking, inquiry, or account creation, you consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from Stargazer Stays Glamping for transactional, promotional, and operational purposes, including:

  • Booking confirmations and check-in reminders 
  • Guest verification requests 
  • Customer service updates 
  • Promotional offers and marketing campaigns (if opted in) 

Message Frequency and Charges

  • Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services. 
  • Standard message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan. 
  • Stargazer Stays Glamping is not responsible for any charges incurred from SMS messages. 

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply HELP for assistance. Please note:

  • Opting out of promotional texts will not prevent you from receiving important transactional messages related to your stay (e.g., check-in instructions, verification steps). 
  • To fully disable all messaging, including essential communications, please contact our support team to discuss alternative arrangements.

Your mobile number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement. We take appropriate measures to safeguard your personal information and ensure compliance with all applicable messaging regulations, including A2P 10DLC registration requirements.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
